Seeking to improve the quality of provided services the joint stock company Public Investment Development Agency implements measures intended to prevent corruption.
Report Corruption is intended to inform the possibly non-transparent behaviour of the Agency’s employees, any suspected cases of fraud and corruption, violations of balancing public and private interests.
Reports of possible corruption and non-transparent behaviour of the Agency’s employees are received and their examination is organised by the Managing Director of the Agency or a person responsible for the prevention of fraud appointed by the Managing Director.
Reports can be anonymous.
If the reporting person provides his/her personal details (name, surname, phone number, e-mail or any other address), the Agency’s employee responsible for the consideration of the report will inform the reporter within 20 business days about the results of the verification of the provided information and, if necessary, about the measures that were put in place so as to reduce the possibility of fraud and corruption.
Information related to the reporter’s details will be protected and will not be made public.

Please be reminded that the laws of the Republic of Lithuania strictly prohibit defamation of other persons or their false accusations of having committed a crime. Persons having conducted such acts are held criminally liable.
